Whip up delicious Chinese and Asian dishes with the Stoven 34cm Heavy Gauge Non-Stick Wok. Designed for those who take their Asian cuisine seriously, this large Stoven wok is constructed from high quality 1.8mm carbon steel with a hard wearing non-stick coating (no pre seasoning required) which allows it to heat up quickly and evenly whilst being metal utensil safe.
Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this professional gauge carbon steel wok from Stoven wok features a flattened base, so the wok remains stable whilst in constant contact with the heat source. As well as creating classics such as pad thai, stir frys, chow mein and dan dan noodles, a wok is an extremely versatile addition to any kitchen and can be used for braising, making soups and sauces and for deep frying and steaming.
This Stoven heavy gauge non-stick wok features a solid rubberwood handle which stays cool during use and enables the wok to be shaken and moved around during cooking. For ease of carrying, this large wok also features a wooden helper handle.
Not suitable for washing in a dishwasher. Hand wash with water and a mild detergent and dry well.
