I was sent the wrong item I wanted a msata ssd hard drive 512 GB I received a 16 GB DDR4 ram module. I have tried for over 10 days to send this back to him all I want is an address to send it to and to have the correct item shipped or my money refunded.
I have never had such a bad experience with a seller on here and I have been using E-Bay since 2010. The seller will not give me their address so I can mail the incorrect item back for a refund or the correct Item… Do not use this seller

Extremely poor service. Ordered 2 items, only one arrived and still waiting weeks later.
The only thing 128Gb about them is the label and packaging.
Under the software claiming they’re 128Gb they’re actually 8Gb so won’t be recognised by most devices . Additionally you’ll be losing data if you try saving to them.
Questionable as to whether they’re even Sandisk items.
1 star is too many.

Original packaging in good condition. Good value and appearance seems fine. Haven’t used it yet so cannot comment on quality however postage time was 4 days beyond that stated and therefore item came after the time I needed it for. That’s why I have given a neutral rating. If dispatched on 8th Mar as indicated then arriving on 16th Mar when it should’ve arrived by 12th is the fault of Royal mail nit the seller
